Strawberry Ricotta Mousse

Strawberry Ricotta Mousse


  • 400g Ricotta – drained
  • 1 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoons Honey
  • 250g Strawberries


  • Beat all ingredients in a food processor on high for 1 minute.
  • Scrape down sides, process a further 2 minutes or until soft and smooth.
  • Decorate with whipped Cream and Strawberries.
