Chocolate Ricotta Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1kg Ricotta – drained
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 5 tablespoons Cocoa or Cacao Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Marsala – optional
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Zest – optional

Directions

  • Beat all ingredients in a food processor on high for 1 minute.
  • Scrape down sides, process a further 2 minutes or until soft and smooth.
  • Decorate with whipped Cream, sprinkle with shaved Dark Roast Almond Chocolate, crushed Hazelnuts or Maltesers cut in half.
  • Can replace Cocoa with 3 tablespoons Instant Coffee Powder; don’t add Orange Zest.
