Chocolate Ricotta Mousse
Ingredients
- 1kg Ricotta – drained
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 5 tablespoons Cocoa or Cacao Powder
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 3 tablespoons Marsala – optional
- 1 tablespoon Orange Zest – optional
Directions
- Beat all ingredients in a food processor on high for 1 minute.
- Scrape down sides, process a further 2 minutes or until soft and smooth.
- Decorate with whipped Cream, sprinkle with shaved Dark Roast Almond Chocolate, crushed Hazelnuts or Maltesers cut in half.
- Can replace Cocoa with 3 tablespoons Instant Coffee Powder; don’t add Orange Zest.
